Pride:
At Tim Shaw Racing we never excuse ourselves. We strive to give each horse
the best possible chance of success through a committed and focused work
ethic on the part of our staff. We feel that well trained competent
individuals who take pride in their workplace and the animals in our care
can only translate to an environment that can help the horse realize its
full potential.

Patience:
We believe that patient and careful handling of our horses both mentally and
physically are of paramount importance. A confident, fit and well-schooled
racehorse has the best potential to reach our goals.

Persistence:
We never stop looking for the key to success. Each member of our staff is
trained to address the smallest detail when it comes to a client’s horse.
Often overlooked, these small details can separate a win from a loss,
exhilaration from disappointment.
